VESA Mount with Additional Ports
With the VESA mount docking station, you can mount the Rugged X10 Business Tablet almost anywhere. The VESA mount has two USB 2.0 ports, an RS232 port, a NIC port, HDMI and a DC Jack. The RS232 port allows you to connect your legacy hardware to the Rugged X10 Tablet.
Docking Station with Additional Ports
The Rugged X10 Business Tablet PC also has an optional desktop docking station which comes with a DC jack, two USB 2.0 ports, an RS232 port for legacy hardware, 100Mbps NIC and an HDMI port. It has two battery charging slots for charging batteries while the desktop docking station is in use.
Multi-Battery Charging Station
The battery charging station can charge up to a maximum of six batteries simultaneously so that you can easily swap out a battery in minutes without interrupting your workflow.
With the hot swap feature, you can use the Rugged X10 Tablet PC continuously without needing to stop to recharge. It takes less than a minute to swap out a low battery with a fully charged one. Simply take out the battery with the low charge, put it in the charging station and put in a fully charged battery. The rugged tablet PC is ready to go. It takes approximately 1.5 hours for the batteries to recharge in the battery charging station.
LED lights on both the front and the back of the tablet lets you know when a battery is low. No guesswork involved

Many enterprises are still using Windows 7 operating system. An upgrade would require an upgrade of legacy applications, too. This Rugged Windows Tablet PC runs on Windows 7 both 32 & 64 bit. You can select Windows 7 as part of your configuration, and we will install it on the tablet. If you have enterprise licenses, we'll install your Windows image on the Rugged X10 free of charge.
The Rugged X10 Business Tablet PC also supports Windows 8 & 10 and several forms of Linux.
Comprehensive 3-yr Warranty
Customer satisfaction with our products is our highest priority. The Rugged X10 comes a comprehensive 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. It is one of the strongest warranties in the industry for rugged tablets. If you experience any problems with the tablet, we will repair the tablet or send you a replacement tablet at no cost to you. Extend the warranty to 5 years with our extended warranty option.

DEPLOYMENT & IMAGING
Send us the final drive image on a USB key or a DVD media and we'll deploy the image on every computer you purchase from Cybernet. This reduces the deployment time. Take them out of the box, plug them in and you are ready to go. We store the image on our secure servers for future purchases. Cybernet offers the imaging service free of charge.

We hold support units in Wellington. Should there be any issues, we will immediately ship a support loan unit overnight, so that our clients can continue without interruption while the original unit is being assessed and repaired. There is no charge for this service within the warranty period, and can be added as an on-going lifetime option, as can the extended warranty.
