EIZO PX3150
The EIZO PX3150 is EIZO's first dedicated medical monitor developed specifically for digital histopathology and Whole Slide Imaging (WSI). It is engineered to address the strict precision, consistency, and colour-reproduction requirements needed when evaluating digitized tissue slides for clinical diagnosis.

Calibrated for Trust from First Use
In pathology diagnosis, subtle color differences can influence interpretation of tissue and cellular structure. To ensure accurate color reproduction from first use, each monitor is individually adjusted at EIZO's factory. Color gamut and gamma are precisely calibrated to accurately render the sRGB color space, providing a reliable visual reference for the evaluation of digitized histology slides created through Whole Slide Imaging (WSI).
Color Accuracy Verification and Quality Control
Ongoing quality assurance is important in digital pathology, where consistent color presentation supports accurate interpretation of tissue structure. Using EIZO’s RadiCS monitor quality control software (sold separately), color accuracy is evaluated using reference color patches and calibration compliant with the sRGB standard can be performed.
The monitor is specialized for digital pathology and evaluates color differences using ΔE2000 (Delta E 2000), a standard metric that indicates how closely displayed colors match their reference values. By keeping these differences small, the monitor helps preserve subtle gradations in digitally scanned tissue slides for precise visual assessment.
